Surabaya (19 December 2023) – Approaching the end of 2023, PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya (TPS), which is a subsidiary of the Sub-holding Pelindo Terminal Petikemas (SPTP), continues to make achievements. At the SPTP group 2023 Risk Award Awarding Night, which was a series of the 2023 SPTP group Coordination Meetings, TPS succeeded in getting 4 SPTP group 2023 Risk Award awards in both the corporate and individual categories, including:

Corporate Category

1. The Best Safety Terminal;

2. 1st Place in the 2023 SPTP Risk Award in the Subsidiary KENCAN (Inter-Champion Championship) Category.

Individual Category

1. 1st Place in the 2023 SPTP Risk Award in the RINDU Category (Individual Risk in Work Units) of Subsidiaries which was won by Cahya Ardi Firmansyah (VP K3 and TPS Environment);

2. Employee of the year 2023 (Operations) was won by Rakhmad Kurniawan (RTG TPS Operator).

TPS President Director, Wahyu Widodo, said that the award received by TPS is clear evidence that the risk management strategy has been implemented effectively, so that it is able to face the challenges and opportunities that arise in the current TPS business environment.

The achievements achieved by TPS, both from the 2023 SPTP group Risk Award and the 2023 BUMN Branding & Marketing Award, cannot be separated from the dedication and hard work of all parties. These categories prove TPS's commitment to maintaining safety at the terminal, as well as the role of individuals and corporations who contribute positively to company risk and performance.
